A US travel authorization, or “ESTA” as the term is frequently referred to as, is a type of eVisa that the US government introduced in 2008. The idea was to replace the green Form I-94W with an online system which requested the same information electronically. Over 30 countries now require eVisas for visitors to enter for tourism or business related reasons. A US travel authorization can only be applied for online, either through the official government portal or through a third party like our website. We specialize in reviewing and processing US travel authorizations. We can also help you with any questions related to your upcoming visit to the United States. The application process consists of only 4 steps. Upon submission through our website, we will review and process your application. The ESTA or eVisa will be emailed to you in PDF format.
As a private company we charge a fee for our review and processing service of USD $89.00 per application. This fee includes the mandatory charge by the US Government of USD $14.00. All applicants have the option of using another third party provider or apply directly with the US government by visiting: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov without our assistance.

ESTAProcessing.com is owned by a private company which specializes in eVisas and the Electronic System for Travel Authorization. We offer a comprehensive review and submission service of US travel authorizations. Our services are offered for an additional processing fee which includes the official government charge for the eVisa. All visitors have the option of lodging their own application directly on the Government website without our assistance and processing services.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website, you are agreeing to accept and comply with these Terms.
ESTAproessing.com specialize in Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) and the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). We are operated by a private company that assists visitors traveling to the US, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. There are no fees for browsing our website or for contacting us with any questions you may have.
Our Processing Service operates in the following steps:
First, you complete the ESTA application form on our website. When you have completed the form, we will evaluate it. If we find any problems with your application, we will contact you by email and tell you about them. We will only submit your application to the U.S. government if, after evaluation, we find it to be valid. Most applicants whose ESTA applications are approved receive notice of approval by email within 24 hours.
If, to the best of our judgment, your application will not be accepted by the U.S. government, we will notify you, and will not charge you. You may then submit your ESTA application on your own directly to the U.S. government. Note that if we determine that an application is not acceptable, that that determination represents only our best judgment, and not a decision by the United States government. Only the U.S. government has the power to approve or disapprove a U.S. travel authorization.
It is extremely important for you to enter your personal and passport information correctly. Please check all fields in the application for accuracy before you make any payments on our website. If you find any errors after you have made your payment, contact us immediately at the following email address email@example.com. There may be an additional fee for correcting your application, depending on its status.
Note that you do not need to include a United States travel itinerary when you apply for U.S. travel authorization. After the authorization has been approved, you can update it with information about your flight or hotel at any time before you depart.
If the United States government denies your ESTA application, we will not charge you for the processing fee. Our Customer Service Department will contact you and let you know what options are available. We do not have any influence over the results of your application. If your ESTA application is denied, it is our suggestion that you apply for a non-immigrant visa to the U.S. You can do this through a United States embassy or consulate.
Under some circumstances, the United States government may change the status of a travel application to Not Authorized after it has already been approved. Such changes are made strictly at the discretion of the U.S. government, and are completely beyond our control. You should always verify your ESTA status before reserving a flight.

We can only collect your personal information when you voluntarily provide us with the same, but in doing so, you are giving us the permission to use this information for the stated purpose. This means that you will know exactly what information about you we have used for an ESTA application, as well as when and in what form you gave it to us, and for what purpose. This includes information, which you entered when you registered for our services and your billing information. It may also include information, which you provided through communication response and feedback.
Other information that we collect cannot be connected with you personally or used to identify you. Some of this information is technical (for example, the type of a web browser you use) and may be used to track down technical problems, or to improve the quality of our services.
Some of the pages at our site may include special tags which send information to third parties. If our business gets acquired or merged with another company, or in case all of our assets are sold to another company, user information may be included in that transfer or sale.

A cookie is just a very small file that a website saves on your computer, smartphone, tablet, etc., in order to keep track of the information during your visit. It is a text file – it does not contain binary code, and cannot run like programs on your computer. Cookies are stored in one of the directories that a browser uses for saving website data.
Many cookies simply contain data that allows the website to recognize your computer and to display itself based on your preferences or your previous actions on the website. Other cookies allow websites to keep an accurate count of the number of unique visitors to each page.
There are two types of cookies:
Basic cookie functions allow us to keep track of how our site should be displayed in your browser, which of our site's pages you have recently visited, authentication settings, country and language selections, and similar information. This makes it possible for you to view our website according to your preferences, without having to re-enter those preferences each time you come to our site.
We also collect statistical information so that we can understand how people use our site, and how we can improve it. We want to know how many people viewed a specific page or document, how much time they spent on a certain webpage, the page they came and the things they clicked. This kind of information tells us which items on our site are the most important to our users, which items work the way that we think they should, and which ones are not doing what they should be doing. Cookies allow us to count the number of individual users who have done something, as opposed to one user doing the same thing repeatedly.
Your browser will typically include options or add-ons which allow you to disable or remove cookies for specific sites. You can use those options to remove or disable our cookies. This is something that you might want to do if, for example, you are accessing our site from a computer that other people use (i.e., on a public computer at a library, school, or Internet cafe), and where you cannot control the security settings. Be aware that if you do disable cookies for our website, it will not remember your preferences and settings the next time you visit, and you will need to re-enter them.
If you are accessing our site from a computer or other device which only you or other family members use, it is generally much better to leave our cookies as-is, and not disable or remove them.
